I will return every card, but I need time!!

Both cards printed by UX5UO, tnx Gennady.
You can either send your qsl via homecall to the german qsl service (DARC-QSL-Bureau, P.O. Box 1155, 34216 Baunatal, GERMANY) or direct.
As of July 06th 2011 only use my new adress for direct qsl:
Hans-Walter Orths
Ausw. Amt / ASTANA
Kurstr. 36
11020 Berlin
GERMANY
If you want your qsl direct please send your card with a SAE and with 1$.
Please - no IRC -, I have problems to use them here.
(Deutsche Amateure bitte bevorzugt SASE mit 55 Ct Marke schicken!)
Please do not await a qsl on short notice. I am limited in my possibilities to get them to the german postal service in numbers and opportunities, but I will send them this way which is most confident.
After moving from Tashkent/Uzbekistan to Astana/Kasakhstan end of September 2010 I was busy for several month, in the job as well as at home. All cards I received until july 2010 I answered still from Uzbekistan. Those I received later had to wait several month, but if a qsl is needed in short time you should send it shortly after the contact. Sending it eight month after the qso but then demanding a sudden response is a little bit strange for me. Please keep in mind that I am still not retired and sometimes I have to work for my qrl.
Then I am limited to a maximum of 5 normal letters a week through the german postal service. That means, if I have to send 3 privat letters I only can send 2 more qsl letters. And in the stack of waiting qsl letters those will be first who sent the porto-costs. Other qsl also will be answered but have to line up in the queue.
(Sorry, I only today, 15th September 2011 became aware that they changed the porto costs for letters in Germany already since January. This effects those of you who are living in Europe where the costs increased from 70 Ct to 75 Ct but I still made it only with 70 Ct, sorry about this. For om outside Europe it is no problem, I only did too much stamps on the letters because in the past I had to pay 1,70 EUR for outside Europe and now also only 75 Ct. Sorry for any inconvenience.)
